Available with the ArcGIS Indoors Maps extension.
ArcGIS Indoors includes support for displaying 360-degree photos. With 360-degree photos, occupants can observe an immersive view of an office hotel or meeting room before making a booking to ensure that the space meets their needs. Facility technicians can also use this feature to assess work conditions, locate relevant components for maintenance, or virtually navigate through the building's interior to better prepare for fulfilling facility work orders.
You must add 360-degree photos to a shared oriented imagery feature layer and include it in the shared indoor map to display them in Indoor Viewer.
Complete the prerequisites for 360-degree photos
Viewer supports 360-degree equirectangular imagery in JPEG format.
360-degree photos must be added to an oriented imagery dataset and shared as a feature service layer to be used with Viewer. You can use the Import Indoor Images tool to import 360-degree photos to an oriented imagery dataset from an .e57 file.
Complete the following prerequisites before adding an oriented imagery feature layer to an indoor map:
- Prepare E57 data before importing images.
- Import indoor images to an oriented imagery dataset in ArcGIS Pro.
- Share an oriented imagery feature layer to your organization.
After completing the above prerequisites, you can add the shared oriented imagery feature layer containing 360-degree photos to a map shared for Viewer.
Add an oriented imagery feature layer to a web map
An oriented imagery feature layer must be added to the indoor web map to view 360-degree photos in Viewer. You can use ArcGIS Pro or Map Viewer to add a shared oriented imagery feature layer to an indoor web map and configure it as floor aware.
Note:
The oriented imagery feature layer must be a hosted feature layer.
Viewer supports only one oriented imagery feature layer for displaying 360-degree photos. If more than one oriented imagery feature layer is present, the app displays the topmost oriented imagery feature layer in the Contents pane.

Display 360-degree photos in Indoor Viewer
After adding an oriented imagery feature layer to the indoor web map and configuring it as floor aware, there are several options for displaying the 360-degree photos in Viewer.
If the map contains an oriented imagery feature layer, the Show 360 Photo Locations button appears on the map that you can click to display 360-degree photo locations. After clicking the button to display 360-degree photo locations on the map, you can click one of the locations to display the corresponding 360-degree photo. An inset map appears showing the orientation of the selected 360-degree photo and the locations of all other photos on the same floor.
Note:
Clicking the Show 360 Photo Locations button to enable photo locations will focus map interactions to the oriented imagery feature layer. To disable photo locations and re-enable interaction with other web map layers, click the button again.
The 360-degree photo display for a location can also be accessed from the info card of a selected unit feature on the map. If at least one 360-degree photo is located inside the unit, the 360 View button appears on the info card.
While viewing 360-degree photos, you can traverse an area by clicking other nearby 360-degree photo locations within a 4-meter radius. Additionally, you can use the inset map to view 360-degree photos of different locations on the selected floor.
