The ArcGIS Enterprise 11.4 release of the ArcGIS Production Mapping server extension includes support for the Multinational Geospatial Co-production Program (MGCP) Topographic Map (MTM) map product at a 1:25,000 map scale and enhancements to the Topographic Production Service.
